The Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars part # TH711400 that you referenced are 53" long. Therefore, the usable bar space will be 53". There is no restriction in bar space like there is for the Thule AeroBlade Edge System like part # TH7502-TH7502 in which the cross bars slide into the mounting feet. The only restriction for the Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars would be that you obviously can't place the mounting clamps for a roof mounted accessories directly atop the mounting feet for the roof rack, but you could go outside of them. Therefore, Thule does not list any sort of usable bar space for the Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars.

If you are asking for the distance between the mounting feet then that would vary from vehicle to vehicle.
