The difference between the tire sizes you mentioned are the wheels they fit. The ST205/75D14 fits a 14 inch wheel and the ST205/75D15 fits a 15 inch wheel. They would not be interchangeable.
If you have a 14 inch wheel you'd need a tire like the # AM10235, or if you have a 15 inch wheel part # TR20515D.
