Is this adapter required for 2019 Ford integrated brake controller?

If you are using a HydraStar Electric Over Hydraulic Actuator For Disc Brakes like part # HBA16 in the 2019 Ford with integrated brake controller the adapter part # HBA-CAM is not needed. There is really only issues with compatibility using a Hydrastar Actuator in older generation Ford trucks, usually between 2007-2009. I confirmed with HydraStar that Ford's after 2009 have integrated brake controlling systems that are compatible with the Hydrastar Actuators.

Easiest way to remove the controller would be just to remove it from the mounts on your dash and then cut the wires, tape them up individually, tape them all up as a group, and then tape/secure the wiring bundle under the dash so that it won't…
