The best way to convert your Genesis Vortex 5th wheel toy hauler to disc brakes is to use the Hydrastar Disc Brake Kit w/ Actuator for Triple Axle Trailers item # HSE7K-TR1. This kit is specifically made for 7,000 lbs axles and has every component you will need to complete your conversion. I have linked an installation video below so you can see the process.

To upgrade your toy hauler to an air bag suspension you will want the Lippert Center Point by Trailair Air-Ride Suspension Upgrade item # LC1565401 you were looking at. This system is designed specifically for triple axle trailers and will absorb road shock and reduce that chucking feeling you get. There are a couple requirements for this system to fit your 5th wheel. Your leaf springs need to be 1-3/4" wide and the top bolt for your equalizer needs to be at least 2-1/2" below your trailer frame and the lower bolts to be at least 3" in width.
