Will #RM-523185-5 Base plate with with Tow Bar #C19745 Curt? Will Mount to a 2017 Chevy Spark.

If you already have the Curt Tow Bar # C19745 then you will need to use the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit # BX1725 with the Adapter Kit # BX8833 for your 2017 Chevy Spark. If you already have the Roadmaster Base Plate Kit # RM-523185-5 then you will need to use a Roadmaster tow bar that slides into the hitch receiver like the Falcon 2 # RM-520. Unfortunately there are no adapters from a Roadmaster base plate kit to a Curt tow bar.
For a complete flat towing setup you will need a base plate kit, tow bar, safety cables, vehicle tow bar wiring, a supplemental braking system, and possibly a high-low adapter. If you do not have all of these components just let me know and I can make some additional recommendations for you.
