For a 2007 Toyota 4Runner I have the following recommendations:

Baseplate: Blue Ox Base Plate Kit # BX3758.

Tow Bar: etrailer SD Non-Binding Tow Bar for Blue Ox Base Plates # e47ZR. This tow bar is going to include the safety cables and comes with an adjustable head to help stay level between the motorhome and 4Runner.

Tow Bar Wiring Kit: Tekonsha Tail Light Isolating Diode System with 4-Pole Connector # TR118821. This wire harness will allow you to display your motorhome's traffic signals through the tail lights of your 4Runner.

Braking System: Blue Ox Patriot # BLU37TR. This portable braking system is going to need to a 12v outlet # RM-9332 wired directly to the battery so that it has power while towing. I recommend installing a charge line kit # RM-156-25 to help prevent this system from draining the battery while towing.

I highly recommend also reviewing the recreational towing section of your 4Runner's manual to ensure that you're following all guidelines from Toyota to prevent damage to your vehicle.
