Hi, I have a 2019 ford f-250 4x4 lariat 6.7l diesel crew cab at this time I am pulling a 35foot travel trailer , I was thinking about getting an 5000 lb. air lift type helper spring. My question is I might change to a 5th wheel toy hauler down the road and I want to make sure the 5th wheel hitch that I purchase wont be a problem hitting the hitch rails with the new helper air lift . Which brand and model will work the best for my application? Dont want to have to purchase a air helper twice. Thanks in advance !!

I am glad you came to us for help as the problem you anticipated is valid and an issue on some airbags kits. For an airbag kit that will fit your 2019 Ford F-250 4x4 and will allow you to install a 5th wheel or gooseneck hitch in the future without any issues, I recommend the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs part # AL57399. This kit installs under the frame rail so there will not be any issue with a 5th wheel or gooseneck hitch whatsoever. In fact, we actually installed these on a similar F-250 with a B&W 5th wheel hitch setup and I have attached a photo of this for you to show where each mount. Even if you don't get a B&W 5th wheel hitch you still won't have any issues.
If you will be installing this kit yourself then you might want to take a look at the attached install video on a similar 2017 Ford F-250 which will be the same as your 2019. I also would recommend you consider an air compressor setup to take full advantage of your airbags but it is not required. I really like the Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System for Air Helper Springs part # AL74000 because it's wireless so you don't have to run any airlines into the cab.
