For your 2019 Ford F-250, I recommend the Hopkins Endurance 5th Wheel/Gooseneck 90-Degree Wiring Harness with 7-Pole Plug # 41157. This wiring harness is 10 feet long and will connect to your factory harness at your bumper 7-way and will allow you to add the 7-way to your truck bed in a location suitable for your in bed camper even if that is the cab side of the bed. This harness has a nice 90 degree angle for a tight fit. I've attached a photo to assist. This will give you the features needed for your camper and still allow trailer connections at your bumper for other needs. I've attached an installation video on a similar truck to assist.
