The Demco Recon Gooseneck-to-5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # DM8550045 has a total weight of just about 150 pounds.
Keep in mind too that the system is designed so that it can be easily removed from the bed in a couple of pieces (the head and base). This allows a single person to remove or install the hitch. I have attached a short video review on this hitch that you can check out as well.

I bought this Demco hitch last year with new Avalanche 375 RD fifth wheel. Wanted clean bed when I'm not towing. Love the hitch and set up. Hard to raise and repin top section by yourself. Best to get help. Also my base will twist about 1/4 to 1/2 inch when I'm towing. All hardware is torqued to specs. I have a factory spray in bedliner and my 5th wheel has an Airide RotoFlex pin box. I 'm thinking of adding stops to bottom of base to fit in lower corrigated parts of bed. What do you think?
