Hi there! Whats the proper fifth wheel hitch should I buy to install it on my 2004 F450 Crew Cab and Chassis? Thank you.

Universal fifth wheel rails can potentially install on a cab and chassis truck like your 2015 Chevy Silverado 3500 like the part # RP30035 but we do not have specific fit info for that. In the past we've recommended people use kits like this and then center the rails above the rear axle.

With the rails installed you could then use a 16k Reese hitch like the part # RP30047.
