Question:

I have a 1999 international 4700. I am having trouble finding a hitch plate. My outside to outside frame measurement is 34 5/8 and inside frame to inside is 33 1/2

I think the best option we have for you is a universal weld-on hitch plate like one of the following that I have attached for you. We do not really have any direct fit hitch plates for you so I think this will be the best option we can offer. If you are not an experienced welder then I recommend taking both the hitch plate and your truck to one for installation. The hitch plates below all come with d-rings for the safety chains as well as gussets for added strength.
