Yes, you can use the 4" Offset Ball for B&W Turnoverball Gooseneck Trailer Hitches # BWGNXA4085 or part # BWGNXA4685 (for Dodge Ram B&W gooseneck hitches) with the B&W Extend-A-Goose Gooseneck Coupler # BWTEXA4200. I reached out to my contact at B&W who confirmed this for me.
