Does Rhino-Rack RVP Aluminum Roof Rack RRRVP27 Include Locks

Is this product still available? Why did they change the more sloped contour of this. I like it much better. Did the RSP have locks like the RVP?

Yes, the Rhino-Rack RVP Aluminum Roof Rack # RRRVP27 does include locks. This rack fits the 2011 - 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee.
The RSP did not have locks like the RVP does.
