Question:

Purchased an All Terrain tow bar for my Toyota IM and dual 2 inch receiver in # RM-077-2 in order to attach a bike rack. I have a Swagman hitch rack but I cannot it on this hitch because the clearance distance is only 8 inches due to the latch lock. Pic 1 all terrain distance 8 inches Pic 2 swagman length 16 inches system

I believe from everything you are saying that you are trying to use the Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain Tow Bar # RM-522 and the Swagman G10 S64682 with your Roadmaster Dual Hitch Receiver Adapter # RM-077-2.

You may be able to use the Curt Dual 2" Receiver Tube Adapter # D-192 instead but it only has 3-1/4" of clearance between the top of the bottom receiver tube and the bottom of the top receiver tube so I'm not sure if you will have enough clearance.

Instead I recommend doing 1 of 2 things: either swap out your bike rack to something like the Swagman Traveler XCS # S64664 which will sit above your tow bar, or put a trailer hitch like part # 24952 on your 2018 Toyota Corolla iM and use the bike rack at the back of your towed vehicle. Both options are viable alternatives as there isn't really any other way to use your bike rack and the tow bar at the same time in that adapter.
