Hi there, I ordered LC289560 and LC289561 for our Passport Elite 29DB travel trailer... I was sent 2 front covers, but regardless, it did not appear that it would fit our model Before I have customer service sent me out a back cover, would you be able to confirm that it is actually the right part? Thanks,

There are two different types of Solera Power Awnings. The older style which had the LCI logo on the front cover and the new regal style which does not have the LCI logo on the front cover. If the old Solera Awning Plain Drive Head Front Cover, Black part # LC289560 and Solera Awning Plain Drive Head Back Cover, Black part # LC289561 did not fit then you need the new Solera Awning Plain Drive Head Front Cover, Black part # LC643922 and Solera Awning Plain Drive Head Back Cover, Black part # LC643921.
