Today we're going to take a look at the replacement drive head rear cover for Solera Awnings. Now this part will replace the black Regal style back cover for your Solera Awning drive head. The cover protects the drive head on the awnings from the weather. It is made of a black ABS plastic construction and it does install using your existing hardware that you have on there now, but that should do it for the review on the replacement drive head rear cover for Solera Awnings.

I will recommend etrailer for all. everything I order came with in the time. i was very happy with the free shipping offered
Exactly what I needed, very timely.
Did not come with screws to secure covers to each other.
Very happy with my experience with etrailer and the quality of the product. Service was outstanding!
The parts were exactly what I needed to fix my 2021 Flagstaff RV. Would have given a 5 if you sold the screws that holds the unit together. Bought them at a local hardware store they are a number 6 self tapping 1 1/2 screw.
Installation was super easy. Extend the awning a couple feet to access the back of the awning head. All screws are accessible from the back of the head. Two #2 Phillips screws hold the front to the back and 2 or 3 screws hold the back to the awning arm. No need to remove the drive head or awning roll. Perfect fit and secure.
Perfect fit and shopping with etrailer is awesome

Works perfectly
Fit was perfect, save your screws as the new parts don't come with any
FIt perfectly. Front and back went on with two screws in less than five minutes.
I had to send them back they didn’t fit my awning.
Fast delivery of a perfect replacement part.
Quick response and fast shipping! Awesome service!
worked great, should have screws with i t.
The website was extremely easy to use. order of parts and shipping delivery was amazingly fast. The website recommended both idler awning covers front and rear. At first I didn't see damage to the rear one until I removed it.Thanks for saving me time! I will use the website again
Looks great works great!
Got the front and back covers. With my set up. It was best to replace both covers. Yes, there are two screws. That come from the back cover. Into the front cover. In my application. That looks to be the correct way. That way you will have a positive connection for the front cover
A perfect fit! Thank you eTrailer!
Fits like a glove!! Just make sure that you keep your existing screws. You’ll need those because it doesn’t come with any replacements for you to leverage.
fit perfect
Direct replacement. Perfect fit.
Perfect fit to replace broken mount when driving down freeway in strong wind storm. I would have liked to have it as a kit with mounting screws included.
Exact replacement.
I accidentally scrapped my awning along the edge of the door to my shop and cracked the cover of the awning motor and idler covers on my 2025 Flagstaff 21FBRS. These fit perfectly. Remove the four screws on the old and reinstall them. Thankfully I had not lost the screws. I would have preferred it if it came with new screws.
The service provided by Ric D was top notch. The only reason I rated this less than 5 is that this is the 2nd replacement I have had to install. Let me be clear, this is a manufacturer issue, not etrailer. However, I did find that front cover replacement was not an effective solution, since the rear cover, and more specifically the holes the screws go through and secure the back cover to the front cover, were completely sheared off (which is why the front cover needed replacing in the first place). Consumers need to verify that when ordering. The other issue I have with the whole process is that the screws are available on eTrailer, however, the price, $11/ea is crazy expensive. I was able to go to a local hardware store and pick up 2 screws for less than $1. Additionally, the front cover requires a rubber grommet, which was not listed with the original front cover. Fortunately, the etrailer rep I worked with on that order was super helpful and responsive to my questions around those required items.
