I highly recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch # C15802 for your 2019 Ford F-250 Super Duty because it is a bolt-on installation that will not require drilling into your truck's frame and has the highest tongue weight capacity of any available hitch for your truck.
Like you were wanting, this is a Class V hitch with a 2-1/2" receiver. The hitch has a black powder coat finish to protect it from corrosion and also has a 20,000 lb towing capacity and 2,700 lb tongue weight capacity. The Curt # C15802 is made in the USA and comes with a lifetime warranty.
We do have the installation instructions as well, they are linked for your convenience.
