Will this pull out step work with a 2001 Winnebago Minnie Winnie 22R serial #10337B256186?

I looked up pictures of your 2001 Winnebago Minnie Winnie 22R and it has a cut out for a single step below the door. The Flexco Manual Pull Out step part # SMFP-1100 was designed to fit RV setups just like yours but you'd want to measure first to know for sure. Worst case scenario you'd have to move the mounting brackets or use outriggers like part # LC301704. The width of the mounting brackets of this are 25 inches though. Another option would be to weld these in place to your frame.
