Rear Replacement Support for Yakima Skybox 21

I have the Yakima Skybox 21 and the rear support is bent. The one I have looks different than this single arm as is has two arms.

I contacted Yakima and the rear support you need for the Yakima Skybox 21 part # Y07337 is part # 8880683. The older version of the Skybox 21 did use the two arm rear support but you can replace the older two arm version with the updated single arm support.

I checked with Yakima and for your Skybox 16 the correct lid support for the rear is supposed to be part #8870072 and for the front is part #8870090. The picture you submitted shows a broken or twisted part #8870090 so that is what you'd need as…

I checked with Yakima and for the SkyBox 21 made from 2009 to present the lift struts are part #8880683 for the rear and #8880684 for the front.
