The stake pocket Brophy camper tie downs part # TDSF that you mentioned only fit trucks up 2010 according to Brophy so you'd need to go a different route for your 2017 Ram 2500.

You may be able to use Brophy Clamp On Camper Tie-Downs # HSAB though. They will fit if the external bed rail width is less than 5-1/2 inches and they require 2 inches of space beneath the lip of the bed rail. Use these with turnbuckle kit # TDHP.
