Is there a 2inch receiver hitch I can mount to the frame of my 5th wheel that will be rated for 350# TW without requiring a stabilizing strap?

Yes, the Ultra-Fab 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver for Trailer Frames # UF35-946403 is a multi-fit hitch that will work great on your RV that has a 350 lb tongue weight capacity and does not require a stabilizer strap like the Curt hitches do. As long as your frame is between 47-1/8" to 77" the hitch will fit and work well. I attached a review video for more info as well.
