Troubleshooting Screen Error Message on LCI Ground Control Electric Leveling System on 5th Wheel

Question:
powercycled pad and it says error press enter to acknowledge but when enter is pressed it does nothing and there are no lights on the key pad except for the green screen

We have heard of this issue before where the error message cannot be cleared by hitting enter. The first thing to do is to remove power to the controller and let it sit for at least 15 minutes prior to connecting it again. This will do a hard reset of the system. If you still get that same error message after this, then according to my tech contact at Lippert the controller has gone bad and will need replaced.
If you have the 4 point system then the Replacement Control Module you need is # LC304136. If you have the 6 point system then the replacement is # LC346005.
