Question:

Isnt there a conflict with a fifth wheel trailer in tight turns with this cover rolled up on a 6 foot box in tight turns even with a slider??

The BAK Revolver X2 Hard Tonneau Cover - Roll Up - Aluminum and Vinyl # BAK39331 is only a fit for 8 foot beds. If you want the option for a 6-3/4 foot box then you will instead want # BAK39330.

You are correct that the rolled up cover could be a point of connection that could cause an issue when making tight right hand turns, but that is dependent on a few other features as well. The hitch height adjustment, the travel of the sliding hitch, the height of the pin box, and the angle of turn will all come into play.

I have not heard of anyone having an issue with the Revolver cover with their 5th wheel combination, but yes it could be a slight restriction on your turning clearance based on the hitch pin location. If you wanted to ensure you won't have turning clearance issues, then I recommend using a fixed 5th wheel hitch and a Sidewinder pin box or using a Pace Edwards cover like # 311-SWFA18A44 that retracts into the bed.
