Will this work as a replacement part for the Fixed Mount? The part I am trying to replace is TracRac part# 01-27013 but I can only find your Item # TAPT-27001 which says it is a replacement part for 01-27013-02. Thanks for your help!

Yes, the Replacement Modular Base for TracRac Fixed Mount Ladder Rack part # TAPT-27001 is correct for you. This is for the left front and right rear upright. If you need the one for the right front or left rear upright then you will need the Replacement Modular Base for TracRac Fixed Mount Ladder Rack part # 8528383001.
The TracRac part numbers were converted to Thule part numbers once they were bought out.
