Looking for bolts that go up thru 8528383001 into the uprights. Mine are severely rusted and seized and hopefully I can ez-out them and replace with new bolts

For replacement bolts for what you have you'd want the Replacement Hardware for TracRac G2 and T-Rac G2 Fixed Mount Ladder Racks # TA7521653001. This comes with the bolts you need plus some additional ones.
