Question:
I am down to two, etrailer branded hitch or curt for my 2007 Rx 350. They both have the look I like with the vehicle versus the Draw-Tite. One is slightly higher but that is not a concern. Is there a quality difference or a preference between the two? Is your customer feedback on either similar? I am going to order next month, want to order from you guys as your prices are very competitive.

The three hitch options for your 2007 Lexus RX 350 - etrailer # e98857, Curt # 13530 and Draw-Tite # 75153 - all share identical capacities and will install in the same way. All include the mounting hardware.
From these choices my preference is the etrailer model # E98857 you referenced. I like this one because it is USA-made and has a subtle matte finish powder coat rather than a high gloss finish, so it will not distract as much from the car's own appearance. Please check out the photo I linked that shows this hitch installed. Structurally and functionally all of these hitches are identical. Our customers rate it with nearly a perfect score!
If you plan to tow a trailer with lights you will also need a wiring harness; I recommend the Tekonsha plug-in kit # 118478. You might also consider the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900 which gives you a lot of flexibility thanks to its combination of multiple ball mounts and hitch balls. Hitch pins and clips are included in this item too along with the handy storage bag.
You can also use your choice of 2-inch hitch-mount accessory, such as a cargo carrier like # C18110 or a bike carrier like Thule's awesome EasyFold rack that handles heavy electric bikes # TH903202.
