With a 3,500 lbs maximum gross trailer weight and 350 lbs maximum tongue weight (4,000 lbs GTW and 400 lbs TW when used with weight distribution), it’s built for light to moderate towing. Easy to install, works great!
Easily installed. Removed the 2 tow brackets and pulled a rubber plug from the third bolt hole and it bolted right in. Took 5 minutes with impact and second guy. It goes around the exhaust bracket and fits nicely

Great! Fast shipping! Even came a day earlier than expected! This hitch seems very sturdy and was relatively easy to install. I did it by myself using a few Jack stands to hold it into place then tightened the bolts up. Torqued to [xx] ft lbs per the instructions.

Easy to install looks good haven’t done wiring yet but will update when finished. Initial installation took less then 1/2 hour. Great online videos.
Super fast install on my 07 Lexus RX350. Only downside is I have to tilt my spare tire with my foot to drop it and raise it as it gets caught on the hitch. Not a big deal though.

This trailer hitch for my 2008 Lexus rx350 fit perfectly. It is very well made. Finish is good and the thickness of the metal metal is heavy duty. I’d buy another hitch from etrailer again without hesitation if it’s built like the one I got.
The overall experience with etrailer was excellent, fast shipping, a good quality product and a relatively easy install.
Took a ratchet strap to make it line up with bolt hole, but looks like it will work good
Good tow bar, but I had to cut off a bit that was pressing on the edge of the spare tire. The spare drops down ok now.
I was disappointed that the hitch came slightly bent. I had to use a bottle jack to widen the bolt holes by 1/2-3/4'' in order to bolt the hitch to my car. otherwise it works fine for my 2005 Toyota highlander.

This product was exactly what I needed. It fits perfectly. I would recommend that you have a shop that has impact wrenches available to take off the old hardware and put on the new with torque wrenches to get to specs. This product looks great when installed correctly.

The trailer hitch receiver has worked as expected and does look good. Two things of note is that there is not a place to secure the trailer light plug in I just tuck it into the back of the bumper but it does fall down sometimes. Also, I had and issue when I got a flat tire getting the spare in and out it is a very tight fit and awkward to maneuver back above the receiver.
This receiver frame bolts to OE tapped holes and looks great. The part that allows clearance for the muffler fits great. Looks great!
Installed it myself with no help. And I’m mechanically a dodo so if you’re hesitant to install it yourself, don’t be. I used my toddler’s chair to let the muffler portion of the hitch rest so it’s elevated while I screw (sounds dirty I know) on the drivers side of my 2008 Lexus RX350. You just gotta make sure you have the right tools. Watching the video really helped. Don’t forget to torque each bolt to XXlbs/ft. Only “issue” was when it was delivered, part of the hitch went through the box and it chipped some paint off. I was given back $15 credit to buy a touch up rust protection paint on [online].

It fit our 2007 Lexus Rx400h. Nobody tells you that if you have the 18 in full size spare tire, that you need to deflate the tire a bit for the hitch to mount proper. Otherwise it's good.
