The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # C13405 for your 2019 Buick Envision is a nice fit. I've attached a photo like you requested to assist that was in the attached Installation instructions to help. This hitch receiver has a hidden cross tube for a really clean look with good ground clearance.

You could use the winch mounting bracket part #DL24110 as a winch bracket for your trailer and then use the Fulton winch part #F143100 as a winch as we have test fit these two together and found they worked great.
