Question:
Does the light bulb just pull out?

I cannot be for certain but it looks like you have a standard 194 type bulb in which case yes, it would just pull straight out but may take a bit of wiggling if there is any corrosion holding it in place. In order to then replace the bulb we have part # A194B for incandescent or part # ARC68FR for LED if it is in fact a 194. If it is not then please let me know what bulb type it is. You can also replace the entire fixture rather easily with the Optronics LED RV Interior Double Dome Light with Switch part # RVILL34 which has LED bulbs that will draw much less power than incandescents and put out a whopping 815 lumens.
