The correct replacement shoe and lining kit for your Dexter Manual Adjust 6K Braking Assemblies is the Replacement Shoe and Lining Kit for 12" Manual-Adjust Brake Assembly part # AKBRKR-S-12. These are a house brand that we offer and should work for you but if not your only other option would be to replace the entire assemblies with the Dexter Electric Brake Kit part # 23-105-106-09.
