For your ST205/75D14 tires, you can absolutely upgrade to radial tires for your RV trailer. Radial tires will be better for highway driving with the cords running at a 90 degree angle to the direction of travel as opposed to the 32 degree angle of bias ply tires. This will help them to run cooler under load and will give you better ground contact for traction, stability, and tread wear.
I recommend keeping the same size tire diameter and width, but the load range can also change. For your replacement tires, I recommend the Taskmaster ST205/75R14 Radial Trailer Tire - Load Range C # TR20514. These tires are rated for 1,760 lbs at 50 psi and speeds up to 81 mph maximum. They come with a 2 year warranty.
