Question:

From the QandA section of the C15800 hitch, I have attached your dimensions image. Please provide the same for the C15810 hitch. 2002 FreightLiner. 34inch to outside of rails. Brackets on outside of rails, bottom clear. Any other 2.5inch class V models to consider?

I reached out to my contact at Curt and was able to get a dimension sheet for the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Class V # C15810 referenced in your question. I have attached an image of it for your review.

This trailer hitch is designed to fit select year Ford pickup trucks so may not be compatible with your 2002 FreightLiner. We do not currently offer any custom fit trailer hitches for your vehicle. Another option may be a Weld-On Class V Trailer Hitch like the Draw-Tite Ultra Frame # 41990-07.
