There is a trailer hitch for your 2019 Chevy Impala; I highly recommend the Curt # C12115 because it is a bolt-on installation that will not require drilling into your Impala's frame to install.
This Class II, 1-1/4" trailer hitch has a black powder coat finish which helps protect it from corrosion and also has a 3,500 lb towing capacity and 350 lb tongue weight capacity, though I did check the owner's manual and it states the maximum weight your Impala can tow is 1,000 lbs so that is the weight you will need to abide by. The Curt # C12115 is made in the USA and comes with a lifetime warranty.
The accompanying photo shows this hitch being installed on an Impala. I have also added a link to a video of this hitch being installed on an Impala for you to check, as well as a photo of the installation instructions.
The correct ball mount for this trailer hitch is the Curt # C45017; you will also need pin and clip # F-4 to secure it to your hitch. The hitch ball for this ball mount will depend on the size of the ball your trailer's coupler accepts. You will need either 1-7/8" Hitch Ball # A-80 or 2" Hitch Ball # A-82.
The wiring harness I recommend for your 2019 Impala is the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118590 because of how easy it is to install; you will only need to plug it into connection points behind your taillights and run a hot lead to your battery. I have added a link to a video review of this harness as well as a link to the installation instructions.
