Still nothing to complain about. I have used this for long distance transport of heavy ebike and rack and it has held up without any issues.

I know that this hitch comes with a lot of hardware. Was any hardware missing? You mentioned that you had to buy washers and spacer to install the hitch. I also wanted to ask which video talked about the hitch pin or lock? Typically, the hitches that we carry do not come with one.

Thanks for the detailed feedback William! Glad to hear the hitch was an easy install. I can understand the frustration of getting everything installed only to find that rear corner contacting the exhaust and causing a rattle. We have seen exhaust clearance vary a little from vehicle to vehicle, but your point about the shape of that bracket is definitely useful feedback.
