Replacement Mounting Hardware for Old Thule Weekender

I bought a weekender box second hand and the mounting hardware has seen better days. What replacement kit should I order to fit my 2016 Subaru Outback? The current kit includes carriage bolts, not a U bolt. Thanks!

You can use the QM3 mounting hardware # TH04997 for the Weekender rooftop cargo box. This will use the carriage bolts as you stated and will fit 4 inch on center holes. I've attached some photos and a video to assist.

According to Thule you can use the QM3 mounting hardware, #TH04997, for the Weekender cargo box. The crossbars on your 1998 Toyota 4Runner will need to be up to 3-5/8 inches wide. I have included a picture that shows how this hardware will install.
