do you sell a product that fits old Thule boxes and makes them work on the new aerodynamic rails it was made in the era of square rails.

You can retrofit the older style Thule Box to fit aerodynamic bars with the EasySnap Mounting Kit for Thule Cargo Boxes # TH05820. However, the u-bolts that come with the EasySnap mounting kit may not fit the holes in your older box so you may need to drill new holes to accommodate for the new hardware.
I recommend using the Loctite RTV 598 High-Performance Silicone Gasket Maker # LT37467 to seal your box and make it weather resistant again.
