Yes, the Thule UpRide Roof Bike Rack part # TH599000 will fit the factory roof rack/crossbars on a 2020 Subaru Outback. The factory Subaru roof rack/crossbars are a very standard size/shape therefore you should not have any issues using most rooftop mounted accessories such as the Thule UpRide Roof Bike Rack which is a great choice by the way as well.
The only other item I might add is the Rightline Gear Moki Door Step part # RL100660 which would help with getting the bike on and off the roof.
