Recommended Truck Bed Bike Rack for Fat Tire Bike

Has anyone thought about or tried to install this direct to a truck bed? I have yet to find a good option for a bike carrier that works with wheels on. Any suggestions would help!

We do have an option for you, though installing the RockyMounts TomaHawk Roof Bike Rack for Fat Bikes # RKY1222 in a truck bed is not recommended. Not only would it void the warranty but it may damage the rack and which could lead to it not properly securing your bikes.
Instead, I recommend checking out the Inno Velo Gripper Bike Carrier # INRT201 because it will carry your fat tire bike with the wheels on, and easily clamps to most truck bed side rails. This will secure the bike by the frame, so the fat tires will not be a problem.
If you wanted additional security to keep your bikes locked to the carrier you can use 10' Long Cable Lock # e98891.
