Question:

The website say this doesnt fit the plug in hybrid. Is there one that does? I have a 2019 Volvo XC60 T8 plug-in hybrid. I dont tow anything, I just want to be able to use it for a bike rack, so it only has to carry maybe 70-100 lbs.

I have a solution for you, we have the EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # EH95VR which my contact at Ecohitch was able to confirm will fit your 2019 Volvo XC60 T8 Plug In Hybrid.

As another secure way to transport your bikes with the vehicle I recommend looking into a trunk-mount option. I really like the Yakima FullBack 2-Bike Carrier # Y02634 or the 3-Bike model # Y02633, both of which are confirmed to fit your XC60. These are really nice carriers that feature a 4-strap mounting system for a secure attachment along with rubber and foam pads that protect the vehicle finish from scratches or scuffs. Locks are also included to deter theft of your investments.

With any hanging-style rack like this one you may need an adapter bar like the Kuat # UB01 if you plan on transporting any children's, women's, or alternative frame bikes. This will provide a horizontal attachment point for level transport and improved ground clearance.
