Does the EcoHitch hitch have the same issue on the liftgate sensor? this is for 2019 Volvo XC60. Thanks,

The EcoHitch trailer hitch that fits your 2019 Volvo XC60 may interfere with the hands-free liftgate, yes. Most of the time you simply need to kick your foot to the side of the receiver as opposed to the middle and the hands-free liftgate will still work. While this isn't absolutely guaranteed, there haven't been reports from customers that have noted the liftgate has stopped functioning. The correct fit for the hitch on your Volvo is the following:
