Expert Reply:
The Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System - 4" Lift Spindle - Regular Tires - 3,500 lbs # ASR3500S06 is what you would want to start. If you will be using off-road or wide tires, then you will want # ASR35HDS02 instead. Then you will use hubs that have the # L68149 inner bearing and # L44649 outer bearing.
For your 5 on 5 bolt pattern I recommend the Dexter Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 3,500-lb E-Z Lube Axles - 5 on 5 - Pre-Greased # 84550UC1-EZ or the etrailer.com # AKIHUB-550-35-EZ-K. The Dexter brand is important to some folks so I gave both options.
If you want drum assemblies for brakes, I recommend the etrailer.com # AKHD-550-35-EZ-K or the Dexter # 84556UC3-EZ. With either of these options, I recommend the Electric Trailer Brake Kit - Self-Adjusting - 10" - Left and Right Hand Assemblies - 3,500 lbs # AKEBRK-35-SA or Dexter # 23-468-469.
