Hello Graham, thanks for reaching out. Both the parts you mentioned, the Timbren # T54KV and # TASR5200S03 are 5,200 lb axle-less systems. The difference is the # T54KV is designed for off-road applications with offroad tires while the # TASR5200S03 is designed for regular on-road use. So the difference would be how the suspension flexes and handles those situations. Aside from that they are both the same spindle, same 4" lift and 5-bolt brake flange.
Were you thinking of doing a single or tandem axle setup? Adding brakes too?

It'll be a tandem with drum brakes on both axles. Dual 5200lb Timbrens are a bit oversized for the DIY trailer I'm building but my itemized list for weight is currently at 4500 lbs including a full water tank and I'm sure there will be an extra 300-500 lbs of unaccounted for weight by the time I'm done building if not more so 5200lb axles make more sense. I don't plan on putting super large tires on and was eyeing the 15" 235/75R15 Loadstar KE28JR wheel and tire combo you guys have.
