Expert Reply:
For your Timbren Heavy-Duty Axle-Less Trailer Suspension - 4" Lift Spindle - Off-Road Tires - 3,500 lbs # ASR35HDS02, we do not have anything that will work in a 5 on 5 inch hub. Those spindles on the Timbren use a larger than normal hub for the capacity. You would need to use the Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly - 12" - 6 on 5-1/2 bolt pattern # 8-201-9UC3-EZ for that axle using brakes or # AKIHUB-655-6-EZ-K for an idler hub.
For the Timbren Axle-Less kit compatible with the bolt pattern of 5 on 5 like a Jeep, you would need the 2,200 lb capacity # ASR1THDS03. Then you could use the Dexter Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 3,500-lb E-Z Lube Axles - 5 on 5 - Pre-Greased # 84550UC1-EZ or the Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly # AKHD-550-35-EZ-K.
