Expert Reply:
Trailer axles like the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System - 4" Lift Spindle - Regular Tires - 3,500 lbs # ASR3500S06 you were looking at are designed to work with trailer wheels that have 0 offset, so you will want to make sure the wheel you use has 0 offset. You can tell if a specific wheel has 0 offset by its back spacing, a wheel with 0 offset will have backspacing that is exactly half of the width of the wheel.
0 offset means that the surface of the wheel that touches the hub is exactly in the middle of the wheel, and not further back or further forward. The vast majority of trailer wheels do not have offset, so this should not be an issue.
Now with the # ASR3500S06 installed you will have 6" of clearance between hub face and frame of the trailer, so you can run a tire up to 10" wide on a wheel with 0 offset without having interference issues.
I included a video of the # ASR3500S06 for you to take a look at.
