For your 2019 Honda Pilot we have the Aries AeroTread Running Boards that come with custom brackets for a great OEM look!
These come in Black Stainless # AA2061029 and Polished Stainless # AA2051029, have a 5" wide step area and an extruded aluminum frame so they are strong and rustproof, plus they don't require drilling for the installation.
