To flat tow your 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL you will need to start with compatible base plates; because you have a Blue Ox tow bar and assuming you have the standard factory bumper the best option is the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit # BX1139 which will be compatible with Blue Ox tow bars Alpha # BX7380, Avail # BX7420 as well as Aventa, Aladdin, Adventurer, Ambassador, Acclaim, Allure, and Trion. If your Blue Ox tow bar does not have integrated safety cables you will need those and can use the Blue Ox # BX88196. For a wiring kit that will allow your 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL lights to function while being towed you can use the Roadmaster 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267. You will need to use Stop Light Switch Kit # RM-751490 as well as the 12 Volt Outlet Kit # RM-9332 to power a BrakeBuddy which plugs into your Jeep's 12V outlet. Finally, it is likely you will need a high-low adapter such as # BX88130 to keep your tow bar level with your tow vehicle. The adapter you need is going to depend on some measurements you'll need to take.
