There is not a standard air pressure for all ST205/75D15 trailer tires as the different load ranges will require different air pressure. They could also very well vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. However, the air pressure rating for a trailer tire will be listed on the sidewall as "max tire pressure". This is going to be the air pressure you need to fill the tires to while cold. There is however one exception to this rule, the Goodyear Endurance which uses a tire fill chart based on size, load range, and actual load.

If you are instead referring to the Kenda Karrier ST205/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire with 15" Black Mod Wheel part # AM32424 then the max air pressure will be 65 psi which is what we recommend filling it to.
