Question:

I am looking at a new set of wheels for my travel trailer dexstar AM20532 want to know if I put a load E tire on them if they are rated for at least 80psi

The trailer rim part # AM20532 that you referenced is going to easily handle 80 psi but the thing you need to do is make sure you have a valve stem in the wheel like the # AM20904 which is rated for 80 psi. Typically it's the valve stem that's the limiting factor for the psi.
