If the lift on your 2016 Ford F-250 is a suspension lift you almost definitely are going to need spacers. If it's a body lift you won't.
With that being said a 4 inch suspension lift doesn't always mean you need a 4 inch spacer. You need to measure the space between the mounting points of the brackets and subtract the height of the air spring you're going to be install. The difference is the size spacer you need.
If you're installing the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000, part # AL88396, that fits your F-250 the airbag itself is 6 inches tall. So measure the distance between where the air bags brackets will install on your truck and subtract 6. If you're left with 4 inches use part # AL52440. Air Lift also has a smaller 2 inch spacer, part # AL52420.
