Heavy trailers and bed loads can cause sag, squat, and sway that make steering and braking unpredictable. The LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate air springs add up to 5,000 lbs of load-leveling capacity, sharing the weight across all four wheels so your suspension stays balanced. Braking and handling stay sharp, and your headlights stay aimed where they should when towing or hauling serious weight.
Every LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate air spring packs a closed-cell urethane jounce spring inside. This hybrid design cushions hard bumps, reduces sway, and keeps the ride comfortable whether you’re loaded or not. When air pressure drops low, the internal jounce springs automatically engage to absorb shocks and prevent bottoming out, acting as a built-in safety net until you refill the bags.
These air springs let you dial in exactly how firm or soft your suspension feels with simple air pressure changes from 5 psi to 100 psi. Add air when towing or carrying a heavy load to level the rear end and improve stability. Drop pressure when unloaded for a smoother everyday ride. The included manual inflation valves mount on the bumper for easy access, or you can add a compressor system later for in-cab control.
Each spring is built with 2-ply, fabric-reinforced rubber bellows protected by exclusive roll plates that prevent damage from moving parts under the truck. High-strength Zytel nylon endcaps are lighter, stronger, and more corrosion resistant than steel, keeping your system leak-free through years of hauling in all conditions.
Everything needed for installation is in the box—mounting brackets, hardware, air lines, and manual valves. The setup bolts in cleanly with straightforward steps so you can install it at home with basic tools. Once mounted and inflated, you’re ready to hit the road with a leveled stance and steady ride under any load.

Product works great and helps level the truck during towing. I have noticed a difference in the amount of travel my back wheels have when offloading. But I knew that would be a sacrifice.

Been great! I really don’t like the internal jounce stops though. When you are unloaded and running lower bag pressure, a dip or bump will hit the bump stops really hard and jar your passengers in the backseat. It’s almost too uncomfortable to ride in the backseat now. As for the loaded and high pressure performance it’s great! Great handling and no sag at all when towing.

It’s been a year and this system is still working flawlessly. I pull a 7000 trailer about 80 of my trucks usage. I can level my truck sitting in the cab.
